Approx 30-35 guests painted - 2½ hours painting time

This shorter session is a great option for tighter budgets, or for smaller weddings.

Approx 40-45 guests painted - 3½ hours painting time

Extending your painting session adds one extra hour of painting time. This gives more time to paint more guests! Sometimes this is nice as I can paint more guests who ask later in the session, who may have otherwise missed the opportunity. It also works well for weddings with longer drinks receptions, for twilight weddings, or weddings with more daytime guests.

Approx 65-75 guests painted - 5½ hours painting time

In addition to an extended session, I stay for a further 2-hour guest painting session, before packing my things and heading off, normally as your later celebration takes full swing. This gives more time for more paintings of more guests! Works very well if you have around 70 daytime guests who you would like painted as I can sometimes begin as they start to arrive for your ceremony. Alternatively, I can start later and this option may give your evening guests an opportunity for a picture.

Approx 90-110 guests painted - 8 hours painting time

In this package, you would get 8 hours of guest painting time, to cover the majority of your wedding day.

Usually, I would arrive at your venue and set up my things early, before the ceremony, in plenty of time to be ready to paint your guests. This would allow me to paint some guests before and during the ceremony (from photos I have taken).

This means that there would already be a small gallery at the start of the drinks reception when I would be sure to take more photos of guests who request a painting so that I can continue to paint during the meal. The gallery would continue to grow throughout the drinks reception and meal.

I can then paint after the meal and into the evening, which would give your evening guests a chance to see the gallery and ask for a painting too.

For example, if your painting session starts at 1:30 pm, I would paint until 10 pm (as this includes 30 minutes for me to eat).

In addition to the speed painting sessions, I can create more detailed paintings on A4 high quality watercolour paper. These are created after your wedding, from photos taken on the day. I aim to post these within 2 weeks after the event, but this may be up to 3 weeks if during peak season.

A4 Happy Couple

This is a painting of the happy couple, plus any small children or pets. You can just choose to have a quick smaller painting done as part of your guest painting session instead (or as well as) this. This option is twice the size and with more time spent to capture more details.

An A4 painting of 6-8 people. I suggest this painting shows everyone standing to better show off outfits.
